Scott Garren has over 18 years of experience delivering strategic growth for organizations serving public sector customers.
Scott brings a mission-aligned, customer-focused approach to Sigma Defense with expertise leading corporate and business development activities and delivering double-digit growth. As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), he is focused on strengthening our customer intimacy, strategic growth, and enhancing our industry partnership while positioning to expand Sigma’s brand to deliver leading edge solutions to the U.S Military. Scott joined Sigma Defense from Interactive Government Holdings (IGH), where he was CGO, and responsible for developing their business development infrastructure and leading the strategic growth of the company in pursuit of new customers and new capabilities.
Prior to that, he was Vice President of Growth for ManTech’s Defense Sector where he developed and executed ManTech’s strategic plan and executed the annual operating plan, providing the vision, direction and leadership of the Growth team to ensure the Sector consistently attained or exceeded annual goals. Scott has also held various levels of leadership at both Smartonix and Booz Allen Hamilton, leading an array of business development and program execution activities focused on Navy and Marine Corps programs.
Scott currently holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the Flagler College and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology. Scott currently resides in St. Augustine, FL with his wife and four children where he enjoys being on the water and spending time with his family.
