Katherine Bower has over 30-years of experience in operations management, leadership and strategic growth serving and supporting the DoD.
Katherine brings a strong background in project management and a proven track record of spearheading strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence. Under her leadership, EWA Warrior Services experienced average growth of 15% annually, while solidifying its industry presence and growing customer relationships.
Since joining EWA in 2012, Katherine has helped shape the company’s operational strategy and foster a results-driven environment. Prior to this, she served as Program Manager for the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground, a Major Range Test and Facility Base, overseeing critical testing and evaluation programs. Her earlier service in the U.S. Air Force instilled leadership skills, strategic vision a commitment to teamwork that she continues to draw on in her current position.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Information Systems degree. Currently based in Fayetteville, NC, Katherine, and her husband are planning a move to Huntsville, AL. Outside of work, they enjoy traveling and are on a mission to see a game in every NFL stadium.
