Missed us at Modern Day Marine?

The theme of Modern Day Marine 2026, “From American Shores: 250 Years of Fighting Forward” honored the rich heritage of the United States Marines Corps and captured the vision for the next generation fighting force.  Sigma Defense was pleased to demonstrate how Olympus and the Aries RSI Kit support the USMC delivering secure data, applications, and surveillance to the edge.  Interoperability and scalability for video and sensor feeds at the tactical edge, enabled by NEOS are critical to supporting the robust and diverse USMC drone program.

Event Highlights

Attendees experienced live demonstrations of the Remote Surveillance Imager (RSI) Kit developed for the USMC

  • Sigma provided a real-time demonstration of how NEOS, CheckPoints and R5O accelerate information flow between operators at the edge and decision-makers in the rear.
  • Deployable recon team kit that improves surveillance, force protection, and decision-making. It lets Marines task, view, and re-task terrestrial sensors across air, ground, and maritime platforms—speeding information flow between operators at the edge and decision-makers in the rear.
Aries CheckPoints & NEOS

Sigma Defense partnered with Latent AI, Silvus and UTS Systems

  • Through our partnership with Latent AI, we showcased enhanced AI object recognition for Olympus
  • We integrated Aries NEOS with Silvus Technologies ISR solutions to demonstrate sensor connectivity and video transport via a single frequency communication system
  • Demonstrations of real-world force protection applications of the RSI Kit were made possible with UTS Systems mobile shelter platforms
