Robert “Tosh” Persons

Robert “Tosh” Persons has over 20 years of DOD solutioning and management experience within the Defense Industrial Base.

Tosh brings a customer-centric approach to creating business, and a track record of business growth to Sigma Defense. He is focused on finding customers that need Sigma’s unique services as well as helping to tailor Sigma’s solution offerings to meet those critical C5ISR, JADC2, SATCOM and DEVSECOPS requirements. Tosh joined Sigma Defense from ISPA Technology where he served as Executive Vice President of DOD Services and was responsible for both growth and execution of ISPA’s DOD Services offering to Army, Navy and Air Force customers.

Prior to ISPA Technology, he was Director of ISR Systems for Radiance Technologies, where he developed, integrated, and maintained overseas ISR systems for TF-ODIN Army (ARST) and Project Liberty Air Force (ISREC) systems deployed to OEF and OIF. In addition, Tosh supported the Navy’s JEXC2 portfolio in his native Panama City, FL where he served as Subject Matter Expert for integration.

Tosh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Technology. He currently resides in Panama City, FL with his wife and visits often with his 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren. When not traveling in support of customers, he enjoys photography and can often been seen at Sigma Defense events as the impromptu photographer.
