Cody Baker brings over 35 years of leadership experience to drive growth for the Warrior Services Division.

Cody Baker is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth for various organizations over the past 12 years. He brings a growth mindset for market expansion and an ability to execute strategic partnerships to create new business opportunities. Cody is adept at building strong client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Cody joined Sigma Defense in April 2024 through the acquisition of EWA where he served as the Senior Vice President for Business Development for EWA Warrior Services. He has over 20-years’ experience in Electronic Warfare, Cyber and Space domains supporting warfighters. He has been with EWA Warrior Services since 2021. Prior to joining EWA Warrior Services, Cody led a team for TMC Design Corp where he was focused on Space and Electronic Warfare.

Cody retired from the U.S. Army after 25+ years of service where he gained a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience supporting Air Defense, Missile Defense, Space and Special Operations around the globe. Cody served as a Contracting Officer Representative while stationed overseas and still applies that knowledge in his current role. He and his family reside in Oklahoma.
