Jason Mulhall
Jason Mulhall has over 20 years of Department of Defense (DoD) Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) experience with a specialized background in satellite communication, data transport, and the integration of network architectures.
As Vice President of Sigma Integrated Solutions (SIS) Jason leads a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance team in direct support of DoD Chief Information Office (CIO), HQ USSOCOM and components, and the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). In this role Jason guides program management, network and systems engineering, and cybersecurity in support of ISR sensor transport, Command and Control (C2) systems, tactical edge environments, and the global architecture connecting source and destination users. Jason’s background as the SDS Director of ISR Programs and Airborne ISR Liaison Officer (LNO) within the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community brings well rounded understanding of the DoD’s multi-domain near peer requirements of today.
Prior to joining Sigma in 2016 as a program manager and integration lead, Jason managed and supported engineering efforts for Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Remote Split Operations satellite systems and gateways as part of the unmanned weapons system construct and provided engineering support to AFSOC Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Ground Control Stations (GCS). Jason is a U.S. Naval aviation maintenance veteran with deep understanding of airborne platforms, data links, and weapons systems.
