Jeff Morgan leverages 24-years of leadership and growth experience at EWA to manage the Warrior Services Division at Sigma Defense

Jeff Morgan brings a deep understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems operations, maintenance, and development to Sigma Defense.  In his current role of EVP of EWA Warrior Services, his experience and leadership are instrumental in driving growth and delivering new capabilities to customers across the DoD and Intelligence Community.

Jeff joined Sigma Defense in April 2024 through the acquisition of EWA, where he served as President of the Warrior Services business unit since 2012.  Here, his deep understanding of EW requirements and systems development combined with an ability to unify teams to achieve results in challenging environments helped deliver 20% annual growth for over 10-years.  Prior to that, Jeff led EWA business development efforts, first as the Director of Business Development for EWA Government Services Inc. (GSI) and then as Vice President of Business Development where he led capture efforts, proposal submissions, business plan development, and customer business relations for a $50M business unit.  From 2000 to 2007, Jeff was a Program Manager and Group Operations Manager responsible for product development, sales, and direct labor production.  He was instrumental in the creation of the Special Programs Group (SPG) as part of EWA Government Systems, Inc. (EWA GSI) and his efforts resulted in the group achieving over $20M in annual revenue while employing over 60 people who primarily supported Special Operations activities.

Jeff joined EWA in 2000 after retiring from the Air Force, where he enjoyed a 20-year career serving in a variety of worldwide assignments to include the Intelligence community and Special Operations.  He and his family now reside in Alabama but spend significant time in their south Florida residence as well.
